HYDE PARK - The Dutchess County SPCA announces a new partnership with PetSmart to increase the opportunity for adoptable pets to find lifelong homes. The DCSPCA will have adoptable animals available inside the new PetSmart store located at 1894 South Road in Poughkeepsie.
