Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Timothy J. Horbach recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Air Force airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Horbach is the son of Marcella Horbach of Denver Drive, New City, and John Horbach of Brookridge Drive, Valley Cottage. He is a 2005 graduate of Clarkstown High School North, New City. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2009 from East Stroudsburg University, Pa.
