Newburgh – St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital (SLCH) is proud to announce Kate Kusterbeck of Walden, as its February Star of the Month. A registered nurse with special training in oncology services, Kusterbeck works with patients at the Cornwall campus and has been with the organization for two years.
"Kate plays a vital role in our initiative to provide a more holistic approach to cancer services," said Renee Feenaghty, SLCH Director of Cancer Services. "She always ensures each patient recieves great care with a warm, positive attitude."
In response to the award, an astounded Kusterbeck said, "I’m honored by this recognition. I love working with patients each day and am proud to be a part of the St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital family."
