RIDGEFIELD, CT - The four original Survivor musicians - Frankie Sullivan, Dave Bickler, Jimi Jamison and Marc Droubay - will continue to thrill in concert at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 8 p.m. with their hits "High on You", "The Search is Over", "Eye of The Tiger", "I Can’t Hold Back" and "Is This Love". Special guest is Station, a New York City-based band that combines superior musicianship and songwriting talent to serve up a new brand of melodic hard rock.
Fifty Coins (426 Main St., Ridgefield) is offering 10% off the dinner bill the night of this show when tickets/stubs are presented. An AllShows.com VIP Party Pass, which includes a pre-show cocktail party 6:30 - 7:15 p.m. with open bar, hors-d’oeuvre and priority parking, is available for this show, which is part of the Guinness Black Lager Rock Series.
"Our fans are the best and I can’t think of a better way to give them our best. With this line-up, and both Dave and Jimi in the band, we can perform all of our hits", says guitarist Frankie Sullivan, who formed the band with Jim Peterik in 1977.
The current band includes Dave Bickler on vocals, Jimi Jamison on vocals, Frankie Sullivan on guitars, Billy Ozzello on bass, Walter Tolentino on keyboards and Marc Droubay on drums. Survivor followed up their worldwide sensation "Eye of The Tiger" with "Burning Heart", the title track for Rocky IV. In 2013, guitarist Frankie Sullivan reunited the current Survivor line-up with singer Dave Bickler.
